Access Control in Oracle CRM OnDemand


In CRM OnDemand the user can get read / write / delete access to records on basis of permissions defined in Owner Access Profile / Default Access Profile / Team Access Profile / By Books assigned to the record

There is a general question on how the system behaves if there is a conflict in access profile definition like when the Owner access profile says the user can edit the record, the books based access says the user can only read the record

In these cases, the system provides the maximum access to the user. That is the user would be able to edit the record
